CELEBRATION OF THE FEAST OF STS. PETER AND PAUL – PATRON SAINTS OF THE CATHEDRAL (FAMILY DAY)

The faithful of the Diocese and the Cathedral Parish joyfully celebrate the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul, the Patron Saints of our Cathedral and Diocese.

This significant feast honors two great pillars of the Church whose faith, dedication, and witness to the Gospel laid the foundation for the growth of Christianity throughout the world. St. Peter, the Prince of the Apostles, and St. Paul, the Apostle to the Nations, exemplify unwavering faith, courage, and commitment to the mission of Christ.

As we gather in prayer and thanksgiving, we reflect on their lives of service, sacrifice, and steadfast devotion to the Lord. Their example inspires us to remain faithful to our Christian calling and to actively participate in the mission of evangelization within our communities.

This celebration is a moment of spiritual renewal and unity for the entire Diocese as we seek God’s blessings upon our Bishop, clergy, religious, and all the faithful. May the intercession of Saints Peter and Paul strengthen our faith and guide us in our journey as disciples of Christ.
