CJPD JUBILEE CELEBRATION AND DIOCESAN DAY FOR CJPD LEADERS

The Diocese joyfully announces the CJPD Jubilee Celebration in honor of St. Francis of Assisi, the Patron Saint of the CJPD (Commission for Justice, Peace and Development). This special celebration forms part of the Diocesan Jubilee activities and will be a significant moment of thanksgiving, reflection, and renewal for all CJPD members and leaders.
The Diocesan CJPD Day will be held on 9th October 2026, bringing together CJPD leaders from across the Diocese to meet with the Bishop for prayer, formation, and pastoral engagement. This gathering will strengthen collaboration and commitment in promoting justice, peace, and integral human development within our Church and society.
The celebration will include Holy Mass, reflections, sharing of experiences, and formation sessions aimed at deepening the mission of CJPD in line with the values of the Gospel and the example of St. Francis of Assisi, who lived a life of simplicity, peace, and care for creation.
All CJPD leaders are encouraged to actively prepare and participate in this important diocesan event as we celebrate our Jubilee and renew our mission of service to the people of God.
